WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO CONTROL THE PROPERTY?
Simply put, controlling the property is the action required to get and offer accepted. How is that done? It means that your agent must understand all the necessary steps in the offer process and, most importantly, build relationships with the listing agent to facilitate the acceptance of your offer. Remember, the process of buying a home is a team effort. I can facilitate that spirit from the beginning through building a relationship of trust with the listing agent.
Once your offer is accepted, you have a due diligence period to kick the tires, get your inspections and due whatever you need to make sure that you are comfortable with completing the home purchase. I’ll be there to guide you the whole way!
