I was very happy with the service and advice I received from Michael. He helped me with a strategy to incentivize some renters to move out and allow to market my property during the prime selling season, otherwise it would have come vacant during a slower selling season. He also had the craftsman to do any of the work I wanted to get accomplished and they did the work in a timely and professional manner.
