What: Our celebration of Latin American arts and culture returns for 2025! Fiesta Cultural is a week of vibrant events and performances at Walnut Creek’s Lesher Center for the Arts.
Activities will include world-class Headliners performances and a free street surrounding the Lesher Center in downtown Walnut Creek on Saturday with music and dance from the diverse cultures of Latin America.

Concerts in the Park (Brentwood)
What: The City of Brentwood has released its 2025 Summer Guide which includes its Concerts in the Park series.
The City of Brentwood appreciates your interest in performing in the “Starry Nights in Brentwood” Summer Concert Series. Since 2000, the concert series has connected families and friends and provided a free, fun-filled event that has become a Friday night summer tradition. Since its inception, over 100,000 community members have danced, picnicked and played while experiencing a variety of performing arts entertainment in beautiful downtown City Park. On average, our outdoor concerts regularly see 2,000-3,000 people on any concert night.

What: The Amateur Pickleball Association is the largest amateur player tour in the country with nearly 150 tournaments planned for 2025. This event is open to all players from 2.5-5.0 with events broken down by skill level first and then age division dependent on the total number of teams/players registered within each skill level of play. Formatting includes round-robin play with brackets to follow with the majority of players competing in 7-9 games during this event.Registration Rates – Early Bird $75 for first event, $55 for second, and $35 for a third (please email to request a third event promo code).

What: So you think you make the best bbq – Do you? Come put your skills to the test! Our competition draws 30-40 local Backyard BBQ Teams over the 2-day event. Many of our competitors are local family teams that return every year in hopes of taking the coveted title of “King of the County!” Are you up to the challenge?

What: Celebrate Father’s Day on Sunday, June 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Blackhawk Museum with the 4th Annual Jon Snyder Memorial Car Show—a day filled with stunning vehicles, live music, and fun for the whole family.
Enjoy a wide variety of classic and modern cars on display, live music by Juke Joint from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and a range of family-friendly activities throughout the day. It’s an event suited for all ages and a perfect way to spend Father’s Day.
