Brook was able to help my wife and I with the purchase our very first home. It was a challenging period because of Covid and due to the housing market being so competitive. Repeat customer! I decided to sell my condo in the Fall of 2020. I did not hesitate to call on Brook to be my Agent as she previously represented me when I bought the property in 2014. Forkas Homes’ was a great team to work with for the sale of our home. They advised up to get all inspections (Termite, home, HVAC, etc. Along with fixing issues (including termite inspection repairs) prior to listing. That way potential buyers had a good handle on the home’s condition prior to making an offer. They did need repairs and significant improvements at a reasonable cost.

As a result, we got 10 offers - all significantly above asking. Forks Homes were on top of all the paperwork and always seemed to be ahead of the game. Michael was a huge help with the purchase of my home. Finding a home in the Bay Area is difficult. I had been through a few other agents in the previous year and a half prior to being referred to Michael, all of whom let me down during key times in the purchase process, each attempt was unsuccessful.
