Forkas Homes’ was a great team to work with for the sale of our home. They advised up to get all inspections (Termite, home, HVAC, etc. Along with fixing issues (including termite inspection repairs) prior to listing. That way potential buyers had a good handle on the home’s condition prior to making an offer. They did need repairs and significant improvements at a reasonable cost.

As a result, we got 10 offers - all significantly above asking. Forks Homes were on top of all the paperwork and always seemed to be ahead of the game. They were very responsive to our questions and concerns. If they didn’t know the answer, they found it quickly. We were very pleased with the outcome and that we chose Forkas Homes to sell our home and would do so again!
