Michael was a huge help with the purchase of my home. Finding a home in the Bay Area is difficult. I had been through a few other agents in the previous year and a half prior to being referred to Michael, all of whom let me down during key times in the purchase process, each attempt was unsuccessful. I managed to buy a place with Michael in a matter of two months. Michael was patient during the search process. He was greatly helpful regarding insights and problem areas with some of the places I was considering. During the offer and negotiations, I had to put in very little time and effort as he took care of everything for me which made the process seem simple (especially when hearing other stories from friends on what they went through) even though there were a few issues beyond our control. He was transparent and honest throughout the whole process and negotiated very well on my behalf bringing a great final value on the home I purchased.
