We found the right team to find us a new home! Forkas Homes worked very hard to locate a place that suited our needs and help negotiate a good price in a difficult market. They took into account our needs and desires and used our time efficiently by showing only homes that were a reasonable fit. There were absolutely no pressure tactics to get us to make offers on places we were not comfortable with. They also pointed out drawbacks along with the good points of each place. They made sure we were well informed. When we had questions, they did their followed up with answers.
